Application Requirements Overview

Please confirm all 5 conditions below are met before the migration meeting. This ensures a smooth migration process.

Condition 1: WhatsApp Business Active for at Least 7 Days

• Active definition: Has real customer conversations (incoming and outgoing messages)
• Period requirement: No bans or restrictions within 7 consecutive days
• If recently unbanned: Count 7 days from the unban date

Checklist

• Account active for more than 7 days
• No bans in the past 7 days
• Has real customer conversation records

Condition 2: Facebook Business Manager Verification Completed

Verification status must show "Verified". If not verified, it takes 3-5 business days.
