  1. Go to the Message Flows section in your ChatDaddy dashboard.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu next to the rejected flow and select ā€œDuplicateā€.

  3. Give the duplicated template a new name (rejected template names cannot be reused).

  4. Edit and correct the content based on the rejection reason shown in Meta Business Manager.

  5. Submit the revised template for approval.
