🔄 Sync Stalled – Reconnect Channel

If your chat sync is stalled, follow these steps to restore connection:

1. Check Channel Status

  • Go to Manage Channels in your dashboard.

  • Look for the affected channel.

  • The status may show as Disconnected or Connected (Waiting).

2. Reconnect Channel

  • Click on “Scan **QR” **and link with your WhatsApp
