You can manually manage tag to individual contact.
Steps
1. Navigate to Contacts.
2. Select a Contact** and click on it.
3. Within the contact information panel, locate the "Tags" section.
4. Click "+ Add Tag" to assign a new tag or select an existing tag from the dropdown menu.
