You can manage access for your teammates, limiting which information they have access to. This could be helpful in multiple cases where you would not want your teammates to see your clients contacts or other information.
Follow the steps below to find how you can manage access for your Teammates.
Step 1. Access Team Settings

Open your ChatDaddy dashboard and hover over the left-side menu and locate “Settings”.

Within settings, click on the "Team" section.
Step 2. Select Team Member
- You'll see a list of your team members. Tap on Manage Access for the Team member you’d like to change permissions for.

Roles
You may select one of these roles for your teammates, depending on what type of permissions you want to give them:

Team Owner: Has full control over all team settings and member access.

Admin: Can access all functionalities but cannot manage the Team Owner role.

Agent: Can create and access messages using message flows and keyword replies. They can only see chats assigned to them.

Editor: Can create and edit content (like messages and tags), but cannot delete everything. They also cannot view billing information.

Viewer: Can view most features. Does not have edit access.
Settings
Apart from the roles, you can also add/remove permissions individually by going to the module and clicking “Expand”

- View aggregate metrics about your team - Access to the analytics page

Read All contacts - Gives the teammate access to view all contacts. If unchecked, the contact will only be able to view contacts that are assigned to them

Export Contacts - Gives access to export contacts into a CSV file

Create Contacts - Allows teammate to have access to create new contacts

Delete Contacts - Allows teammate to delete contacts

Update Contacts - Allows teammate to update contact details such as names, tags, assignee, etc.

Access Contact's Personal Information - Allows teammate to read phone numbers, Email IDs & usernames of your contacts. If unchecked, they will only be able to view these details partially

Read - Allows teammate to view all tags on the team

Create - Allows teammate to create new tags

Delete - Allows teammate to delete existing tags

CHANNELS

**Add a Channel **- Allows teammate to add/create new channels(WhatsApp, WABA, SMS, Email, Messenger, etc.)

Read all available Channels - Allows teammate to view all pre-existing channels

Delete a Channel - Allows teammate to delete pre-existing channels

Update a Channel - Allows teammate to connect, disconnect, or change advanced settings for a channel
CHAT

Access to all Chats - Gives the teammate access to view all chats. If unchecked, the contact will only be able to view chats for contacts that are assigned to them

Delete Chats - Allows teammate to delete chats. Please note that the entire chat history will be deleted in your regular WhatsApp as well

Access to AI autocomplete - Access the AI autocomplete prompt in inbox

Access to Messages to All - Gives the teammate access to view all messages. If unchecked, the contact will only be able to view messages for contacts that are assigned to them

Delete Messages - Allows teammate to delete messages. Please note that messages will be deleted for yourself as well as your customers
